Here's a view regular passengers don't often get. VIA's daily Dayliner on Vancouver Island is often half empty and the conductor will often let passengers ride in the unoccupied rear cab of the RDCs.

No longer used for its intended purpose, the ticket counter at Los Angeles Union Station sits quiet and majestic. The room is now used for special events, fund raisers and as a movie set.
