BNSF #9229 North at Avery Road W in Evaline, Washington. This is a coal train bound for the power plant at Centralia, Washington. The #9229 is bathing in the last light as the clouds are on the increase creating low light conditions.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe #8024 South leads a loaded garbage train on it's way out to Roosevelt, Wash. landfill.. Notice that these 3 units are green and very difficult to get in 2007.. Also, #8024 does not have a snowplow, which is unusual for a road switcher like several of the BNSF...
