    BN #2106 is assigned to the local job out of Appleyard in Wenatchee, Washington. This is the last remaining GP38-2 that isn't patched BNSF.. I'm very surprised to see an unpatched BN locomotive in the year 2008.

    Burlington Northern Santa Fe's M-EVEVAW (Manifest - Everett, Wash. to Vancouver, Wash.) is pickem' and puttin' them down as he roars past me on Main #1. The high green for a n/b on Main #2 is a grainer that he is going to meet about 4-5 miles down the line towards Castle Rock, Washington.

    Amtrak's Coast Starlight is coasting through a curve at Kalama, Washington (MP 109 - Seattle Sub). Today's consist has the Amtrak #115, 120 & 507. Two of the three are 'normal' engines used in pool service on the Coast Starlight Long distance trains.

    Burlington Northern Santa Fe #8024 South leads a loaded garbage train on it's way out to Roosevelt, Wash. landfill.. Notice that these 3 units are green and very difficult to get in 2007.. Also, #8024 does not have a snowplow, which is unusual for a road switcher like several of the BNSF...
