Austin and I shot almost the same photos all weekend, and most of his shots turned out better than mine. He also posted his photos before I got home... But he didn't post a photo of this train, so here it is.
After the 4449 went past Eastbound, BNSF C44-9W 4733 leads a Westbound manifest. The 4733 met the 4449 in the siding at Maryhill, a few miles to the East of where I was.
BNSF #4915 accelerates just west of Stevenson siding after meeting an eastbound.. This was a rare day that the sun was out and the trains were actually moving on the BNSF Fallbridge Subdivision.. To show on a nice spring day, snow is still in the hills in the background of the 4915 on the...
Two ES44DC's shove on the rear of a 100 + car grain train Westbound through Goodnoe, WA about 15 minutes before the sun rose enough to come over the hills.
For the BNSF, trash IS cash and it hauls a lot of it. Here is an empty trash train headed westbound through the Columbia River Gorge near Bingen, Washington. This train usually has a mix of 2nd generation power such as these 3 SD40-2's.

Every year I try this shot, and while waiting for the train, the sun swings around and back-lights the train. At least this year I got clear skies, snow on the mountain, and NOT a faded red/silver Dash-9 on the lead!
