This is a Recovery Tank. Like a Tow truck but for Tanks. It is very heavy and pretty much has its own car to be transported back. It takes a while to tie it down.

CNR Grain train had something extra on the end of it and it sure wasnt wheat or anything a little more expensive. CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILROAD FORCES i guess.
