NS Trainmaster from Norfolk gives instructions to crew getting ready to leave Suffolk, VA (MP 22.3) with a pair of SD40-2's. Coal train 820 has lost one of its HLCX SD60's and is stalled on a grade outside Waverly, VA (MP 54.1)

Last week, another train ran out of fuel at the exactly same spot.
