Westbound Coal drag

NS Headed west out of Norfolk through suffolk virginia headed to Petersburg virginia and points west.
Ah...empties headed back west to the mines. On the way they'll pass through my neck of the woods. There's definitely not as many coal trains noawadays like there was even about a decade ago. Around the time I got my license in '97 there was still quite a few per day.

Cool photo. Definitely brings back some memories.
It would be wild for you to catch that road number pulling full ones back! appreciate the comments, I finally got out to do some dedicated railfanning and not rushing around in the company truck, what a relief that was!
