Walking through a junk yard I found gold!
36" gauge Vulcan 0-4-0 (originally 0-4-0ST) of 1914 vintage worked in Alberta as Hillcrest Collieries #5 until 1920 when he was sold to Natural Sodium Products in Alsask, SK (Alberta+Saskatchewan name combination lol, pop. 129 as of 2001). In 1958 the engine was donated to the Western Development Museum, working out of Moose jaw on the Short Line:

He now needs boiler work, hence is stored in Saskatoon in a yard full of old steam tractors, not far from the local WDM branch.
I really like that #101 placed on a pallet. It's so tempting to drive up on a forklift and take him to a better place! (my front lawn)
Until a couple years ago, he could of come here by rail via CN. The fence right behind the engine separates the yard from an old spur that was pulled up last year.
