One of 14 RDC-4s built (3 for CP, 6 for CN), the only one still left in service according to VIA. Not bad for a Railiner that has never seen passengers, working baggage and postal duty only. Quite a shame! Only 6 Budds left in service on VIA, 63 and 52 used by CP & CN back in the heyday respectively.
