Twilight on the Transcon

An eastward empty grain train rounds a long curve between Hackberry and Kingman, Arizona on the 11th of August. In the distance the pink-hued sunset slowly fades away as twilight dims. The former Santa Fe main buzzes with traffic, with approximately 60-80 BNSF trains a day. It's nice when they come at the right time in the right direction.
Difficult situation, excellent result!

What's difficult about this? This shoot would be nothing without the background. Anyone can shoot at this level in that place.

Memphis, let me see some of your work. I obviously have a lot to learn, and you appear to want to teach me.

Well tell me what's so hard about that shot? you act like you're the only person that can shoot. Taking photos out west is the easiest thing to do, give a 5 year old a camera teach him how to meter the sky bracket on each side and bam same results.

You cannot teach those who don't want to go to school.
