Have you beeing to the tree levels railroad crossing? I intend to visit Richmond next year.

$16 to go 50 miles. Kind of steep for such a short trip. What's the charge for taking the Southwest Chief from Chicago to LA?

Curious, the pricing is comparable to the local AMTRAK California counterpart, Saskatchewan Transportation Company (bus only).

AMTK San Jose-Richmond, CA $16/55 miles = 3.44 miles/$1
STC Saskatoon Bladworth, SK $17.35 + 5% Tax/61 miles = 3.35 miles/$1

AMTRAK gives you slightly more mileage lol. Im guessing theyre using a similar pricing formula.
