Through the Smoke

Numerous 10 mph slow orders were in effect today on the CSX RF&P Sub between DC and Richmond, Virginia. Roadmaster Brooks is hard at work along with his crew on #2 track at Milford making welds in the 140lb rail while Q173 rolls by at a snail's pace. Jax probably wasn't too happy with all of these restrictions as Q173, with hot UPS trailers, usually makes a mile a minute through here. Progress one weld at a time I say!!
