It's certainly had some cosmetic work done. Thanks for the ratings everyone.

I forgot to include the camera info when I posted the pic, f5.6 for 1.6 sec at ISO1600. I didn't have my tripod with me so it was shot by hand as I leaned against a nearby fence. The fence was also handy to bounce flash off of to augment the ambient light a lone streetlight provided.
