Snowplows back

The plow is back with the crew at Delta yard today ,down from the mountains .
I'm just back from the Hill as well. When time allows I'll get my film developed and a few pics posted of the dozer working the banks at East and West Scenic this morning. 8 1/2' of snow on the snow pole at Scenic.

Thanks for the rating guys,I think there is still one up there at Sky.the one Martin took photos of this one is the same one that i have a photo of from fri.leaving Lowell to go up there,i think they plow the Index, baring area with this second unit, dont know if its in for repairs or they dont need it right know. The crew sure looked tired and worn out.

Also thanks for the snow level report Martin ,looks like we all can be taking snow photos clear into July up the hill.

Not sure what's going on. The "Y" at Sky is not being used. This one here is the only dozer. It appears they are taking it all they way to Everett to turn and re-crew. When I came home to tonight I asked the guys at Sky where the dozer was and they said "It went to Everett to turn."

Maybe one of the MoW guys from BNSF can help us out here the track at the wye looked fine this fall when i was walking around there, seem pretty $$$ to run it all the way down to Everett and back all the time let alone the dead on the hour of the crew and holding up the main for traffic, must be some good reason?
