These are the remains of a steam loco, a passenger car and a caboose that are sitting in the Virginia and Truckee Railroad Yard in Virginia City, NV. There are grand dreams of restoring them some day. In the background, in front of the locomotive, is the remains of one of the old silver mines that made Virginia City famous.
