CN Skyview car "Trinity" waits at Jasper for departure. These cars rarely ventured west, as they were normally assigned to eastern service, Montreal to Halifax.
I don't know, I think those cars finished off the CN passenger colour scheme, (of the day, preVIA) quite nicely, thank you. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with MILW's hiawatha, either.
 
That's correct, they never went to VIA, because Transport Canada declared them unsafe, as they lacked rear doors for evacuation purposes.
