A 57 acre museum which includes an 1892 sawmill, company town, and logging railroad.

This is about 30-40 miles south of Alexandria, LA Off of US 165

A shame to see her in such a sad condition.Does the museum have any plans,or funds to do anything with her?
 
I think they have recieved a grant. Mostly what they are doing is just trying to fix the complex up.This sawmill had been shut down for about 35 years. It was really overgrown.

BTW there are about 3 steam engines and 1 steam powered log loader. These pic's didn't turn out too well.
