Plasser Tamper Over Front Range

A brand new Plasser and Theurer Tamper from Galveston, Texas to Spokane, Washington has been traveling between the two points for the last few days. It first went up the BNSF/UP Joint Line yesterday and layed over in Denver last night. Today, a BNSF Crew in Denver got on duty this morning at 08:15am, and departed Denver with the tamper around 9:15am this morning with a track warrant from Utah Jct. to the South Siding Switch Broomfield to wait for BNSF 7624 and a track inspector. After they both passed by, they got another warrant from Broomfield to M.P 74. Now, the train is seen leaving Longmont, Colorado on its way north towards M.P 74.
