Perth, Southern Suburbs Railway, Driver Training

Driver training continues on the first 42km of 70km SSR in Western Australia.

Commercial service scheduled for 23 December 2007
Reminds me of when I hired a car in Denmark in 1996 - I had been working in the Philippines for just over a year.

The Hertz man said "We only have a stick shift available, is that OK?"

My response was that a stick shift is OK in either hand...

Thanks for your comments, I have had little to do with this railway (last 3 months out of 7 years), but significant dealings with previous projects inPerth.
