To bad there isnt a train on this shot would have been nice wait for ever anyone now how much traffic is on this line during the day going up to Stampede Pass.
There may only be a couple of daylight eastbounds a day. What I recommend to catch one, is to hang around Auburn monitoring North Branch DS on 161.25 until you hear one get a track warrant, and then head for Palmer Jct, either east on Highway 18, off at Covington, or east on 164 toward Enumclaw, and turn left on 400th. Traffic is too sparse to just stand around out there and wait.
