PA Junction Replay

To quote Jon Bentz: "GP50 3143 and sisters lug the south bound Garbage up and around the C line at PA Junction in Everett Washington."

Same location, or nearly so, about 100 yards further down the track towards the Everett station. The same power too. Same train on the same track? No, it's a different day, and possibly even different track, as the turnout under the engine is new. I think it's the one on the ground in Jon's photo. Only the containers have been changed to protect the innocent (and empty the garbage...)
Copy cat! At least you're allowed to stand on the other side of the fence and actually look through your viewfinder. I have to hold my camera over my head to shoot PA. I'm going to but a ladder! It's interesting how they keep cycling the same power on these trains.

Pretty much, but I took it before I saw your shot. I was shooting pretty much any train that wandered by. I've got a couple more to upload yet.

Well yes, there are advantages to working for the contractor installing the track.

That's one reason I bought my G6. It has that viewfinder that folds out and pivots. If I hold it above my head I can get some idea of what I'm shooting. Granted, it's only a 2 inch screen, but I can at least see something...
