Over Magnolia Cut-Off

In less than 1 minute this long and sloppy Westbound Q400 series CSX freight train will have it's head end in West Virginia, the mid section in Maryland and the tail end in West Virginia. Seen mid-day crossing the Potomac River via the Magnolia Bridge. It is very interesting to know that there was once a bustling town on the far side of the river in the early part of last century - as you can see nothing remains.
