Northbound South City Switchers

The lead loco, #2580, is a GP40 that was re-built into a GP38-3. #696 is a GP38-2. The last loco in line is also a GP38-3. They are traveling northbound thru the town of Brisbane on their way to San Francisco.
A couple of pointers here:

1) Note the sign that's blocking the lead loco. Stuff in the foreground that blocks the main subject is always distracting.
2) Whenever possible, try to shoot on the sunny side of the tracks, unless you're trying to go for a certain effect.
3) Be careful about how grainy your photos are. I don't know if you were using a high ISO, but this looks really grainy.

That said, I'm glad you caught the South City again. Keep practicing and you are bound to improve!
