To my eye, seems a bit overexposed or photoshopped.. Almost too much blue in the picture.. Sorry, only a 7 from me.

That spot looks familiar to me. Taken from the Highway 197 bridge crossing the river? The sidewalk is a little narrow there....
 
Yes, taken from on the bridge. The trucks rumbling by made me a little nervous, but the shot was worth it.
