Where is the plant down there? What do they use to switch? Been down there twice this summer and haven't seen this. Thanks!
 
Its between Rockport and Port Aransas, a big black nasty looking factory/refinery, I've seen an SW back in there somehere, but I think its mostly UP that does the work...this shot is right at the end of the line
 
A very different caboose. Nice photo. The sd38M you saw in my album was built in the 960s to brazilian RFFSA.
