This tank truck bock the track for over three hours holding up MMRR 3836 from picking up and droping off two box cars
MMRR 3836 sits for over thee hours at the Sappi Paper Mill waiting on a tanker truck to unload so they could pick up two box cars and drop off two. The box car sat about 30 feet past the truck.
