"Is it being restored?"

It already has been and is part of the dinner train in Stillwater, MN. Used everyday on that train. Just looks a little ratty from the outside.

Yes, its look was what I was reffering too, like the rusty windows on the roof!
 
The rusted areas on the roof are former window panels that Amtrak covered. Do you have any pictures of the interior?
