Maromba car

A close on the couplers of a MRSL "maromba" car. This car is used to switch on dual gauge yards. Note it has one coupler to broad gauge and other to meter gauge. The car is broad gauge and is connected to a MRSL SD38M. But the narrow gauge coupler is put at side and it is used on switching operations or to the train receive tail helper from EFVM meter gauge locomotives in the Cachorro Magro (Thin Dog) hill, to arrive in Belo Horizonte city.
While I realize how lucky we are here in the states with out variety and coverage of railroads, I can't help but to be totally intrigued by all the aspects of the Brazilian roads.
