In the shadow of downtown

A solitary switcher works just outside of downtown Houston on a stormy March afternoon.
Ken!

I would like to ask a question. What are your thoughts about bringing the right edge of the scene to the left edge of the buildings on the right side of
the frame? Along with that, I was wondering what your thought is about bringing up the bottom to the top of the grass? I find my eye does a clockwise "loop" around the scene and exits in the bright patch of sky just to the top left of the switcher cab when I look at it that way.
