Channel marker for tugs/barges. Rowland Lake (the "location" of the photo) is actually on the OTHER side of the tracks. The water in the photo is the Columbia River. When the railroad cuts off portions of the river, those isolated areas often get names as lakes.
8 for picture quality i wish it was a little closer but wut is there to about it now but i give 10 cause of the quality and the lashup my dream lashup Bluebonnet and CP beaver with this lashup it makes me sleep at night known it is possible
