Back before our railways went "to hell in a handbasket", the saturday oily was a favourite train to chase if I wasn't working it. In 1994 DL500B 4446 leads two dinky toy 48 class DL531 stomping under the Brewongle tripple arch bridge. Crews preferred the blunt number two end cab of the 44 class as there was no banging thumping noise from the power contactors which are located behind the number one end cab.

The front of that lead unit reminds me of the Milwaukee Railroad electric box cabs!
