I LOVE OLD TRACK

These are pics of old Southern Pacific tracks in the southeast area of the town of South San Francisco. They led to many industries and businesses that were freight train customers. It's abandoned track now. I wanted to snap a few pics before they tear it up. This is facing westbound. The overpass in the distance is US Highway 101. These are also the first train pics I have taken with my new Nikon D80 camera! It is now initiated!
Unless things have changed in the past few months, these tracks are actually still in service. There is one industry up the Oyster Point industrial park that still receives reefer cars every now and then. The lead in the foreground that curves off to the right goes there. I've photographed the South City Switcher on this stretch of track before, and posted it: http://www.railroadforums.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=51411
