GRANDLUXE

To me the best part of the train the rear obv.car, this is a long train and hard to shoot along the way less your on a big curve or out in open,i didnt know it was coming so i got the front and this shot the rear as it stopped at Edmonds depot for some reason for 5 mins. this train was following a Z-train all the way from eastern Wa. and was stopped at Edmonds ,behind it for 20 mins or so.due to the rumors of this its last run i am posting this ,it was a rainy overcast day.
The Z-train came in at about 4:30PM and stopped on main #2, and sat for a while and then shut down the engines and as i was talking to the Eng. i saw what i thought was another Z,as the Eng. he said it was the grandluxe and that it had been behind them all the wait from Wenatchee,it parked behind the Z and after the Z left it went thru at 6:20 PM or so.Well they got there moneys worth it must have been a slow ride behind that Z all the way to Seattle.

Also went by slow so i got some shots from the bluff of the nice gold dishware and table settings with the silverware or should i say goldware and people sitting at the tables eating dinner with the flower vase and little shaded dinner lights.
