Golden West Bound Stacker

A westbound stacker paused on the side of old US Highway 80 in Midland, Texas gets lit up by the golden rays of the setting sun. Union Pacific 7730 and 7737 are both ES44ACs (or C45ACCTEs as UP calls them).

It looks like this part of Texas is down on rain and the shot of the stacker is right on!
 
Actually, we're up on rain lately. But UP had a MOW vehicle running down the tracks last month spraying herbicide--that's probably why the grass is dead/dying by the tracks.
