    A westbound stacker paused on the side of old US Highway 80 in Midland, Texas gets lit up by the golden rays of the setting sun. Union Pacific 7730 and 7737 are both ES44ACs (or C45ACCTEs as UP calls them).

    UP4756 and UP4768 pass Jean on the outskirts of Las Vagas with a stack train bound for Yermo. I actually waited to take this illustration for 5 hours. I saw the train awaiting a line up in Vagas and drove ahead to capture it. if I had known how long I would have waited, I would have gone off...
