This former Santa Fe GE B40-8W, (519), in its original warbonnet paint scheme, still looks pretty good, is currently in service on the BNSF Longmont Shuttle, that operates between Longmont and Fort Collins, CO.
Great catch! The distorted BNSF logo is a great catch since only a few of the WB's received this. I have caught a couple of the B40-8W's in Tulsa, OK, most recently acouple a weekends ago still in the WB scheme.
Good Job!
cool I just saw this loco Wednesday as a DPU on a WB container train on the Chillicothe sub. I was excited to see it since there are only a few left in the Large BNSF paint scheme. nice catch and photo.
