Orange Empire Railway Museum's F45. And it was a REALLY bright day...sun was in the wrong place too

Unit is a FP45, not a F45; the spotting feature is the space between the louvers and the end of the unit that held the steam generator.

Unit was built 12/1967 as ATSF 108

Repainted and renumbered as ATSF 5998

Repainted in the proposed SPSF Kodachrome paint scheme

BNSF 98 Was originally only used for BNSF business trains,never put in service
