I have't been in the Rockies in a long time taking train pictures and enjoying
the mountains. It't the 2nd unit a Union Pacfic 8288 a SD90/43 Mac.

Yes they're used between Hinkle, Oregon and Lethbridge Alberta. They do go farther than Lethbridge but they are not permitted to lead past Lethbridge. The crews hate em.
