Milwaukee Road Olympian leaving Seattle, Washington. I would be nice if folks would bother to include a description when they post images.
 
The photo was taken much earlier than the late 60's.   Milwaukee's passenger equipment was repainted into UP colors in 1956 after the railroad contracted to haul UP streamliners between Chicago and Omaha.
The Olympian Hiawatha, Milwaukee's Chicago-Seattle passenger train, made its last run into Seattle on May 24, 1961.  The last eastbound train had departed for Chicago two days earlier, which ended fifty years of Milwaukee passenger service to the west coast.  
Therefore,  the photo was taken sometime betwen 1956 and 1961.
