Dangerous to Your Health

The train was moving slow and stopped at the first crossing. The second set of crossing guards were never activated. The driver of the mixer just kept rolling along.

It took several seconds for me to realize the engineer never intended to go beyond the first crossing. He was actually moving cars in the freight yard located directly behind the radio tower.
then its always a "tragic" event...but it usally someone's stupidity or lack of awarness!! :Look, listen..live!
 
This is what I observed as I walked upon this location and began taking my camera out of the bag. It was only after several seconds that I realized that the picture and reality were two different things.


When you realize the intentions of the engineer it's not a big deal but from my location 300 yards away I thought a terrible accident was about to occur.

When you first look at the photo you assume the train is moving at a high rate of speed and the mixer driver is trying to beat the crossing guard.

I should have explained this better in the first post. Seeing a picture is not always a true representation of the facts.
