Danger on the Tracks

If you think there is danger on the tracks that you are riding, well on this track on the BNSF Scenic Subdivision, probably so. The clipping to hold the rails on the concrete tie and a chunk of the tie is damaged from what I think is a result of a dragging equipment of a freight car.
I'm no expert on concrete, but the overall condition of that broken tie's surface doesn't suggest a quality product. It differs considerably from its neighbors.

Note also how the rail clip (Airboss?) a couple of ties down is well out of place.
