D&RGW K-37 492, near Milepost 400, approaching Gato, CO, August 19, 1965, photo by Chuck Zeiler

There is a long story and a short story to this photo, here is the short story. When I was 17, me and two friends set out on a trip from Chicago to Colorado and return to photograph the last revenue steam trains we knew of, the D&RGW narrow gauge. This photo is one of the first trains we came across. I have other photos of this train as it approached, but this photo has a nice man-at-work look about it.
