What is likely a 269 begins its 107 mile trip to Cranbrook on a cloudy March first. After being talked through Sparwood, they will receive another Clearance; a straight shot to Fenwick, 83 miles ahead.
It's a RAW image processed by Photoshop Elements. It was originally exposed for the train, but I reduced the exposure and bumped up the 'recovery' so the sky is somewhat properly exposed. After that I used a bit of fill light combined with enhanced contrast.


Does anybody know what the blue lining is caused by on the plow and snow? It's visible on the unedited version too.
 
I get that blue line too, in clouds and snow. Don't know how to avoid it or get rid of it either.
Great job on the picture, reminds me of a water color painting.
