I've never seen signals like this.You should see the ones by the Dallas County Detention Center in Fordyce,AR.2 streets intersect and cross the UP(former SP) mainline
 
I finally go photos of the signals in Fordyce,AR.They are under buildings and structures in the discussion forums.The thread is called unusual crossing signals.
