CPR #2816 at Morant's Curve

Just about everything came together for shot of the CPR #2816 "Empress" as it passed through a fresh snowfall at Morant's Curve just south of Lake Louise, Alberta Canada. The #2816 was running for a chartered Photographers Special on May 1-2, 2006. This shot was taken May 2, 2006 with the train eastbound. The snow fell the night before and completely changed the scene for the better.
