Long abandoned CP branchline from Nipawin to Prince Albert, originally serviced by RS23s from MLW. Abandoned over a decade ago, I was far too young to ever remember a train on this line. Many communities dot this old line, typically ten km apart, in order for farmers to carry their grain to the elevator and then back home within one day by Today the line ends at choiceland and is serviced by the Torch River Rail. From choiceland to Prince Albert is long since abandoned. Recently I got back into trains, after taking about a ten year hiatus from trains during my development as a youth. Today it is sad to see the many lines now only memories in the minds of train enthusiasts
