CP 1800-41 WEST
CP 1800, with Saint John New Brunswick to Montreal over-night train 41 "The Atlantic Limited", arrives at Montreal West, Quebec. The 1800 is one of only 3 E8A's sold in Canada. May 23/73
Nice shot of 1800 at Montreal West. Only thing is she ran between Windsor Station, Montreal and Saint John, N.B. not Halifax. Trains 41 and 42 were also one of the last name trains on CP. They were known as "The Atlantic Limited".
I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this ultra-CLASSIC CP Rail paint job multimark or Pac-man.Most EXCELLENT and SUPERB photo of a very classic era in railroading
