Bay street, trestle Tacoma Washington

As Bob Harbison has mentioned in previous post in the transit forum about Baystreet trestle is out of service, never to return, here is a visual of the surgery in progress. This was the progress as of 25may 03. Most of the trestle was gone, and the high fill approach had trees logged off of it. Since it was a weekend there was no activity.

I,ll be checking on it later this next week and get some more shots
As far as I can tell they're painted on, which is probably the only reason they're still there...
