Di2 839 Sesam

This is Di2, a diesel-hydraulic switcher painted in the colours of "Sesam stasjon", a norwegian version of "Sesame street". This locomotive is in reserve for the emergency train at Oslo S. The other one was in for an overhaul. They use one locomotive in each end. This emergency train is intended to be used in a long railway tunnel just outside Oslo, on the high speed line to the airport. Summer 2003.
