I brightened the shot some being I had filtered light from some high clouds & also had to resize the photo for uploading on railroadforums, they have a file size limit of 300 KB per upload. Looks good on my computer, doesn't look blurry to me at all. I use a Nikon D80 with a Nikon 18-200 lens. I hate having to resize my photos, but have no choice on this website, I'd much rather view them in the raw file size straight from the camera

Henry - I'm sure the image is sharp. I think the problem is in re-sizing. Try sizing your image to 96 pixels per inch and a width of 10". Then do a 'save as' and chose a jpeg quality level of around 10. Should post just find. Nice shot.

Thanks Jon, yeah, I've noticed that about resizing photos, seems to look compressed or whatever, I wish this website was like rrpicturearchives & let you upload in raw straight from the camera format, I'd much rather view my photos as large as they can be, but all people have to do is view my photos on rrpicturearchives.net & you can view them in their raw file size format
