Thanks Martin,
After I left Bellingham, was headed for your place,but as it always happens when you change your mind,I stopped in Mount Vernon didn't get a good shot,and with traffic,got way behind him.Luckily,he had to wait for the Delta Switcher to finish its work so he sat north of 37 for quite a while.Caught him there.
